This option is only available for Spain peninsula. For other locations you must make a return and a new order.

We offer you the possibility of exchanging products without having to send us what you return. In addition, it is not necessary that the garments that you return be the same as those that you want to acquire, nor is it necessary that you process it as a return.

The term to process a change is 30 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To do this, simply make a new order with the new items you want to buy and in the "order comments" field, which appears when making the purchase, write "order with return".

Thus, the carrier will collect the garments that it returns at the same time that it makes the new delivery.

It is very important that you write in the comments field for the order, which appears when making the purchase, that it is a "return order". If not, the carrier will not be able to pick up what you return.

To do this, please put the garments you are returning in a box or bag. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

It is not necessary to include any document, the carrier already has the necessary information.

Exchanges are always free for Spain peninsula, so if the amount of your exchange order does not reach €30, we will refund the shipping costs.

We will proceed to make the reimbursement of the returned products using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

Remember that we cannot accept changes of:

-The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Returns, right of withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal
