Free changes

The free exchange option is only available for Spain peninsula. For other locations you must make a return managed by the customer and then a new order.

It is NOT necessary to make a free exchange in Spain peninsula, request a return.

To do this, simply place a new order with the new items you want to buy and in the comments field for the order, which appears in point "2. Shipping" at the end of the purchase, write "order with return". It is not necessary that the garments you return are the same as the ones you want to purchase.

Put the garments you are returning in a box or bag keeping their original labeling and packaging. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

It is not necessary to include any document, the carrier already has the necessary information and he will collect the garments that you return at the same time that he makes the new delivery.

It is very important that you write in the comments field for the order, which appears in point "2. Shipping" at the end of the purchase, that it is an "order with return". If not, the carrier will not be able to pick up what you return.

The term to process a change is 30 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Exchanges are always free for Spain peninsula, so if the amount of your exchange order does not reach €45, we will refund the shipping costs.

We will proceed to make the reimbursement of the returned products using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

Remember that we cannot accept changes of:

- The supply of products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been tested after delivery.

- The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

Returns, right of withdrawal

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have the right to return the products and withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 calendar days without the need for justification. The return or withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the products.

You can exercise the return or the right of withdrawal, through these two ways:

1. From the "manage refunds" section in your user account.

2. By sending an email to ferrysonline@ferrys.es with your decision to process the return and withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the return or withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method). that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
